Processing Times
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Production timelines are confirmed at the time of order. Lead times vary based on complexity, quantity, and current production capacity. Estimated completion dates will be communicated prior to shipment.
Standard / In-Stock Products (If Applicable)
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, DTT Manufacturing Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
At DTT Manufacturing Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality manufactured components and products. Due to the nature of our manufacturing processes, including custom fabrication, CNC machining, prototyping, and small-batch production, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies.
Please review the following terms carefully:
Non-Custom/Standard Products
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom-manufactured, made-to-order, or client-specification products are final sale. Because these products are produced specifically to your order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:
The product was manufactured incorrectly according to approved drawings/specifications
The product arrives damaged due to shipping
There is a verified manufacturing defect
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.
