At DTT Manufacturing Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality manufactured components and products. Due to the nature of our manufacturing processes, including custom fabrication, CNC machining, prototyping, and small-batch production, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies.
Please review the following terms carefully:
Non-Custom/Standard Products
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom-manufactured, made-to-order, or client-specification products are final sale. Because these products are produced specifically to your order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:
The product was manufactured incorrectly according to approved drawings/specifications
The product arrives damaged due to shipping
There is a verified manufacturing defect
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.
